Privacy notice

This notice explains what Nguni does with the details you send us through the registration form on this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, cell number, email address, ID or passport number, your course and year at NWU, whether you have stayed at Nguni before, your hoodie size, the room type you want, and anything you add in the message box.

Why we collect it

Only to handle your registration for accommodation at Nguni and to contact you about it. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.

Where it is kept

Registrations are stored in a secure online database (Supabase). Only Nguni's management can see them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
